Glacier National Park Chat

We did Dragon's tail false summit as a rest day. The park is getting too popular. We parked at Siyeh bend and caught a shuttle.
We had breakfast at Glacier's Edge Cafe. Food was really good and the quantity was huge. I could only eat about half of my pancakes. Unless you are a big eater, go with the junior size portion.
Don't make fun of us southern boys trying to cross snow. We don't see it but every few years and it is flat. I can't figure out how people just walk right through it as if they are on a sidewalk.

Tee hee! Having grown up in Miami Beach, I feel ya on the snow thing. But I figure I'm totally willing to look pathetic if it keeps me from breaking my ankle (or my tailbone) with a fall.
