Moving to Montana

Post by joshillian »

Our family currently resides in Texas and visited GNP last year on a Grand Tour of the West (GNP, Banff, Yellowstone, Moab). Favorite area by far was GNP and we look forward to returning and exploring the area for many years to come.

I'm a software developer and my wife is a teacher, so we could really work anywhere. At this point, I think our kids our too old to make the move (one in high school, two in middle school, one younger) -- so we're probably where we are going to be until our gaggle graduates :)

However, we've definitely toyed with the idea of moving to Montana to allow us to explore GNP over the summers more thoroughly.

I'd be interested in hearing stories from adult transplants to Montana.

Hey good find! I searched briefly but did not come up with that :)

That story you related regarding the urologist moving to Kalispell is great.
