For some reason I thought this issue was dead. I read on Google where " U.S. Sen. Max Baucus (D-Mont.) today called on Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to initiate an investigation into the environmental consequences of a proposed coal mine in British Columbia, near Glacier National Park."
The issue is not dead yet, there are federal level talks going on about it now, just because you call the Feds in don't mean it has gone away....it will be interesting to see what the outcome is, at least they got rid of the guy in Canada that was in control of the approval process.
