Glacier Park ChatI am looking for some enjoyable multiple day backpacks/climbs for this upcoming summer, and Mount Thompson, located NE of Harrison Lake in the southern sector of the park, has drawn my attention. I cannot find any route information on climbing the peak, but from topo maps and GoogleEarth, it looks like an approach from Harrison Lake C.G. would be possible.
Anyone ever tried to climb Thompson from this direction? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Did anyone ever get back to you on your post about Mount Thompson, or did you end up hiking it? I am planning on trying in late June, via the ridge coming up from Harrison Lake. Any commentary would be appreciated.
