I was bad this year and haven't posted for quite some time...I was also bad and didn't visit Yellowstone for photography nearly as much as I should (only about 30 days). Backcountry skiing and climbing got in the way this year.
I only made nine trips to the park, but here are some of my favorite moments from Yellowstone 2014.
Fountain Geyser erupts in the Lower Geyser Basin of Yellowstone National Park as the sun rises on a cold spring morning. Captured with a Canon 5D III and 17-40/4.0L in aperture priority mode with an exposure bias of 0 at ISO200, f/16, and 1/200 of a second. The camera was mounted on a Gitzo 3540 XLS with an Arca-Swiss ballhead head.
