the kayak belonged to a couple of grandparents that spend the summer camping. they live in great falls and have their grandchildren with them on the weekend. they were the only people in the campgrounds except for the camp ground manager. he had a "napolean" complex and was a a pain in the rear. he was upset that we parked in a campsite parking spot and threatened to have us "towed" if we didn't move. there was only one other car in the campsite area. it's at least 40 miles to the closest town. it was september and the area was about to close. there was not exactly a rush for parking spaces.
