Man, that's a great picture, Pete!
Thanks Meg and Sean.
I went out yesterday hoping for a good sunset but it turned out kind of "blah"....as sunsets go.
There just wasn't any color.
The forecast is pretty good for the weekend. Maybe I can get something better.

Park Superintendent Jeff Mow will provide an overview on topics such as the proposed ticketed entry system, park visitation numbers, COVID-19 mitigations, and challenges with seasonal housing.
During the registration process, participants will have the option to submit topics for discussion.

Great news. I know this is not popular opinion (and I may change my tune when I'm trying to get to Sweet Peaks for some after dinner ice cream - PRONTO), but the roadwork delays help me stop and enjoy my surroundings.
• Expect construction in visitor center
parking lot and near walkways
That's good news, especially the vault toilets.

I like your attitude about waiting.....just enjoy the scenery!
Bring on the ticketed entry!
I'll be arriving at the West or East gate well before 0600 so there won't be much to see other than the beautiful dawn light and the animals.
Pity

says that it is now legal to enter the park through the Two Medicine, Cut Bank and St. Mary entrances. Of course the roads are closed and snow covered but you can ski or snowshoe if you want to.
