So, I'm finally getting back to the park the first full week of September. I'd like to do something I've never done and bring a bike. I'm thinking the roads will not be as bad after labor day. I'd only be riding from Rising Sun to Logan Pass. Thinking I'd do it midweek with an early morning start.
Now I know there are no restrictions this time of year. But I still don't want to be an annoyance out there. I know the park is getting busier each year but for those with a lot of time there, is it feasible to think traffic won't be too bad and I won't be too much of an hazard?
I ride thousands of miles a year so the climb up won't be an issue. I'm just thinking that hopefully the place wont be too crowded and it may be the best chance I have to ride there.
I gotta admit it will be a tad strange riding with bear spray, LOL!
Oh and I will have lights front and back.
