So, I bought this bag but haven't opened it yet.

Here's a comparison to the REI Radiant 20 bag (blue one on bottom--I think that's what I have). So, Aegismax bag is significantly bigger and noticeably heavier. The thing took 4 weeks to arrive, but the shipping was free.

Ok, just a teaser for now, I'll climb in the thing later. Time to set up scaffolding before it hits 80F.

I'm looking forward to hearing your review, Jay. The price is very reasonable based on the description. Hopefully it lives up to the description.

So, I opened up the package, and the bag is a right zip (and I ordered a left zip). I've been going back and forth with a guy on shipping the bag back and getting the correct one. He said he'd pay up to $10 shipping. Rather than reply, I went to the post office and got a quote of $57 to return it to China. I sent off that message this afternoon, and we'll see what he says. Otherwise on a quick inspection, the bag looks good.

I've ordered a number of things through Aliexpress, and I've have a number of small issues (like the above). At this point, I'd say that Aliexpress is pretty risky. On cheap, simple items, it might be worth the risk.
