We did it by Piegan pass a few years ago. Once at the pass head to the saddle between Piegan and Pollock. We have parked at Logan twice for this hike. We caught the first shuttle from Logan back to Jackson overlook. You should be able to be on the trail before 8:30.
Both times we were lucky to catch a shuttle to Logan from McD with no problem.

You seem to have a lot of energy. I would suggest you add Dragon's Tail ridge line to your Hidden Lake overlook. I have found google earth to be helpful. Turn the hiking trails on. It shows distances between trail junctions and you can get the elevations for wherever your pointer is
